  13. I'm planning to soon have a second phone line installed, and I presently 
  14. have a modem that can supposedly do more than 28.8. In the future, I will 
  15. probabally get the highest speed modem I can afford.  I wonder if I should 
  16. consider an isdn line, but I don't really know what one is, what its 
  17. advantages are, or how expensive it is.  What is the best kind of line to 
  18. use for a high speed modem on which I plan to transfer large files?
